Our Terms and Conditions and your use of our web site are governed by English Law and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts. In addition we reserve the right to bring proceedings in the Courts of the country of your residence. In the event that any terms of these Terms and Conditions of Use are held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of these Terms and Conditions of Use shall remain valid and enforceable. This does not affect your non-excludable statutory rights.

This website is owned and operated by The Home Needs Shop. For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions “we”, “our” and “us” refers to The Home Needs Shop. “You” refers to the customer.

Delivery Schedule

We aim to display through our website all items in our current range. Occasionally an item will be out of stock. You will always be given the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Typically, we aim to despatch goods within 3 - 5 working days (excluding weekends & bank holidays)

All delivery dates quoted for delivery are estimated delivery dates only and may be subject to change and we can accept no liability for any loss or damage (whether direct or indirect) for delivery at any time other than the estimated date for delivery.

Delivery Options

UK Deliveries

Our current delivery charges are for Mainland UK only.
For delivery to the Channel Islands please contact us. 

The system will automatically give you a personal calculation of your postage and packaging costs.
For orders with a total of over £ 125, the delivery charge will be deducted while checking out for Mainland UK(excluding the Channel Islands)

Express Delivery

Please contact us for a quote to despatch your order by Express Delivery if you should require it.

Returns & Refund Policy

We hope you will be completely happy with your products and therefore we run a no quibble refund policy.
If you do need to return an item, please do so within 7 days, ensuring the item is in perfect condition in its original packaging.
We will be happy to refund the original price of the item or send you an exchange.
You are responsible for any returned goods until they reach our head office and we recommend using recorded delivery & insuring the goods for the full amount.
 
Returns and exchanges will be processed as soon as possible after arrival.
We regret that postage, packaging and returns postage are direct costs and cannot be refunded.

A full refund will be given in the event of goods being faulty.

Overseas Orders

Please contact us if you interested in getting your order shipped overseas and we will consider it on a case-by-case basis.

The prices quoted are valid for the duration of the current season and include VAT at the current rate.
